At Downsend we are proud of our children’s smiles, their talents and their successes.
Downsend is a co-educational day preparatory school, providing education from 2 to 13. With three separate pre-preparatory Lodges, each with its own Head and dedicated staff, and a main school site for the older children, Downsend provides a refreshingly different education.
The best way to judge a school is by studying the faces of its pupils. You are always welcome, so come and visit us and see for yourself.

We are delighted to announce a further scholarship award. Maddie Wackett has been awarded the Roxburgh Scholarship to Stowe School for 13+ entry in September 2009. George Brill has already been awarded an Academic & Ragg Scholarships to Reigate Grammar School.
